Before A.M.P.Hydro I and my partners worked at executive positions at the leading factories of Ukraine on the production of hydraulic cylinders. We long time wanted to enter the market of Europe, but the cooperation passed very difficulty. Most of the giant Ukrainian factories are not ready for the European business standards – long prepared answers to questions, the high price for hydraulic cylinders because of additional expenses, orders are made for 6-8 weeks, there is no possibility to do free of charge test batches, elementary not knowledge of English for negotiating and many other things.
